Viagra belongs to a group of medicines that holds phosphodiesterases enzimes from acting too quickly. This drug is used to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension.  

Sildenafil Citrate (100 mg): A PDE5 inhibitor (like Viagra) that increases blood flow to the penis, making it easier to achieve and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated. Duloxetine (30 mg or 60 mg): An SNRI (serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor) that increases neurotransmitter levels in the brain to help delay ejaculation and improve control.

How to Take
Before start taking any new medicine please consult with a doctor. The starting dose starts from 25 mg up to 100 mg, according to the tolerance of the patient. Usually, the doctors prescribe 50 mg before sexual intercourse, one time a day. Do not take high dose to avoid high blood pressure. 

Warning and Precautions
Viagra sometimes causes drowsiness, dizziness, fainting or blurred vision. Please avoid operating a potentially unsafe tasks or mechanisms such as driving a car, until you know your reaction on it.
